LINE UNIT SHELF is the result of a collaboration between Nimbari Kosakusho Co., Ltd., a company specializing in sheet metal processing, and designer Daisuke Kitagawa. Cutting, bending, and joining sheets of steel. The idea was to present new possibilities and values that fit into people's lives from within this limited method. The concept was born from this perspective.

Nimbari Kosakusho has been producing custom-made sheet metal products for a wide range of B to B business scenes, such as infrastructure, public space, and amusement, specializing in each application. Based on the principle of creating "enrichment" that can be shared with everyone involved, he has been providing design direction from the perspective of "comfortable innovation" in a wide variety of fields, both domestic and international, including furniture and daily necessities, Traditional Crafts, home appliances, robotics, advanced technology research and development, new material development, and city branding. He has received many awards including GOOD DESIGN AWARD, GERMAN DESIGN AWARD winner, and iF DESIGN AWARD.
